Following the success of its Phase One project, Vanich
Bayfront Ville has now embarked on an ambitious second
phase adjoining the first phase. The new villas will
incorporate many of the best features of the first project
- such as the use of fine quality materials and attention
to detail - while at the same time they will utilize
the latest design and technological innovations to meet
the needs of discerning clients.
The developer has commissioned leading architects and
designers from Bangkok-based Plan Studio, as well as
interior designer Mr. Somchai Jongsang of DECA, and
landscape designer Mr. Somjate Vongsiripaisan. The architecture
is a contemporary tropical
Asian style with a fusion of traditional Thai and Balinese
forms. Whereas in Phase One the living area was contained
under one roof, in Phase Two individual living units
are housed under separate roofs. The double-pitched
roofs themselves are covered in
durable hardwood shingle. Each property also includes
extensive areas of terrace and open living space. With
only twelve plots on the site, the area for each house
is more than three times those of Phase One with space
for a private swimming pool and
a landscaped Balinese-style tropical garden. Land plots
are 1,200 to 2,000 sq.m. with 1,200 to 1,500 sq.m. housing
area. There are four models of houses to choose from
: Double Sea Palace, Sea Bridge Palace, Mini Sea Terrace
Palace and Sea Terrace Palace. Each villa has sea views
and some have double sea views overlooking both Makham
Bay to the east and Yon Bay to west. Prices for the
villas range from 20-45 million baht.
